My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and move in the direction of health and balance. With compassion and understanding, I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to help individuals build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
When I’m not working as a therapist, I spend time with my husband, family, dog, and friends – preferably in the outdoors – which is where I find wholeness.
